Gift Pieces

The pieces on this page are wheel thrown, slip cast, or hand built at Joy Ceramics. They are glazed with commercial food safe glazes. They are fired in our kilns at our studios. Actually they are fired in the kiln shed out on our west lawn. It is safer to keep the kilns out of the studio which is attached to the back of the house. I enjoy making pieces of all types and using many artistic techniques on the pieces. The glaze makes the piece shine.

These pieces are for local pickup only. If you purchase a piece you can arrange to pick it up by emailing donaldjoy@joyceramics.com. You can also leave a text message on my phone at 413-768-1229. My phone is set to send unknown callers to my voice mail. It is easier to send me an email or a phone text message. We are located at 4 Brookside Ave, Greenfield, MA. The studio is connected to the back of our house. You will come to the house to pickup your orders once you have arranged a pickup time.
